May 2017 be full of joy and success for you and yours.
I enjoy the reflection at the end of one year and the start of a new one. I also love the goal setting. My greatest joys in 2016 were around family, nature and I Heart Moss. There were definite challenges in 2016 for me personally and for our nation and world. (I want people to know that everyone has problems, contrary to what our social media profiles display.)
I've set goals in 4 areas for 2017: family, I Heart Moss, travel and protecting our democratic values and diversity.
Personally, this will be the year my daughter selects a college and in all likelihood leaves for college. Currently, she plans to attend St. John's College in Santa Fe New Mexico.
Of course, I have many hikes planned for 2017. I hope some of you will join me and for the pleasure of meeting you in person. There are two hikes for January, so look out for an email or check your December emails for information.
